Behavioural Code of Conduct
The organisers are dedicated in providing a safe, welcoming and friendly conference experience for all participants and suppliers, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity, culture, race, age or religion. Harassment or abuse of conference participants, support staff, venue staff or volunteers in any form will not be tolerated. Conference participants  violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers.

Disclaimer
The Conference Manager and Organising Committee will not accept liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons for loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference, exhibition or related events.  The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, acts or regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Conference Manager and Organising Committee accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

Privacy Statement
Information gathered from registration and other conference forms will be used to administer the conference, including accommodation, catering and sponsorship. Data obtained will remain the property of Asset Management Council and The Conference Manager.

Children / Guests Under 18
The conference and associated events are designed for those over 18 years of age. Children will not be permitted to enter session rooms, the exhibition or the conference dinner. Children must not be left unaccompanied in the  conference area at any time.

Intention to photograph and record
Attendees are advised that photographs and recordings of presentations may be taken during the conference and reproduced for promotional purposes

The views and opinions expressed at the conference are that of the individual presenters. They do not necessarily reflect the opinions or views the organisers or its representatives.
